Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to lead packages, professional and event staffing purchases placed through Bars and Tables Event Staffing checkout.

Refunds are processed by our payment processor, Stripe, on behalf of Bars and Tables Event Staffing. To request one, sign into your account and open the order you would like to refund, or email hello@barsandtables.com and we will handle it on your behalf.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Timing depends on your bank or card issuer, and is typically three to ten business days after approval.

Bars and Tables charges no subscription and sells no lead packages. A professional’s first three leads are free; after that a single lead fee of $11 to $22 is charged at the moment a lead is claimed, priced to the estimated size of the job. If a claimed lead turns out to be invalid or unreachable, email hello@barsandtables.com and the fee is refunded.

Stripe’s refund process applies to all orders processed through our checkout. We issue refunds from our Stripe dashboard and they are returned to the original payment method.
